Fred he baker
Michael Vale, known to many as "Fred the baker" has passed away at age 83.
We are all aware of his famous line "time to make the doughnuts". You may not know that he also appeared in films, movies and on Broadway. He studied acting with greats such as Tony Curtis, Ben Gazzara and Rod Steiger. Rounding out his career were over 1300 Television commercials.
Mr. Vale did a wonderful job enhancing the image of Dunkin' Donuts for over 15 years and became a beloved icon for Dunkin' Donuts.
We salute Mr. Vale for his contribution to the arts and to Dunkin' Donuts.
