About Us

DD Franchise Owner Solutions is an organization which was formed as a resource for Dunkin Donuts franchisees looking for answers to many questions they face in their day to day operation of their stores. Through a community approach, we support one another with a variety of issues, from employees, product line and improving customer service, to accounting tips, business planning, and more. We hold monthly “mastermind” meetings, where we tackle a variety of challenges and help one another succeed.

DDFO Solutions was founded in 2004 by Jack Miller, a senior partner in accounting firm Miller & Wechsler. Jack has served the accounting needs of many Dunkin Donuts for over 20 years. His expertise in the franchise market has led to many franchise owners seeking his assistance in accounting and business planning. Jack started the Dunkin Donuts Mastermind meetings which have had great success.
